Ways to participate in our auctions
BY PHONE PRIOR TO THE AUCTION
You may call us and leave bids over the phone with a member of our staff. David Feldman USA staff members are instructed to read your bids back to you before hanging up the phone. While our staff can provide opening bids, in fairness to those who have submitted their bids early, they cannot advise you if you are the high bidder.
BY FAX PRIOR TO THE AUCTION
Bid sheets may be faxed to us. The sooner the better in order to increase the chance that your bid is the first on a lot as the first bid received wins the lot in the event of a tie with other bidders. We accept bids during the sale but we are not responsible if your bids arrive after a lot upon which you have bid has already been sold. We also decline responsibility if we cannot properly read your lot numbers and bids. If you leave contact information and we cannot read your bid sheet we will try to contact you for clarification.
BY E-MAIL PRIOR TO THE AUCTION
Bids may be e-mailed to bids@davidfeldmanusa.com. LIVE ON THE PHONE DURING THE AUCTION
This must be arranged prior to the auction. The sooner the better in order to ensure that we have the staff and phone lines available to call you for lots of interest. Delay may cost you the opportunity to bid live on the phone.
LIVE ON THE INTERNET DURING THE AUCTION
We can assist those wanting help in executing their bids live during the sale on our software. Bidders can practice to become familiar with the software and using it during an auction. This software has been successfully used by major auction houses around the world for years by thousands of different bidders. Use it with confidence.
